Job Summary: 

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director of Business Operations to join our team and contribute to our scale-up phase. As the Senior Director of Business Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and seamless daily operations of our organization. Based in Stockholm CBD, you will drive and develop teams, display an ownership mindset, and lead the implementation of creative solutions. Your key areas of focus include leading and developing daily operations, implementing operational plans and processes for scale-up, recruiting and leading high-performing team members, and ensuring efficient work practices to achieve our goals.
