Are you a strategic, commercially driven leader with a passion for retail food excellence? We are looking for a Nordic Convenience Retail Food Lead to lead and drive the food category in the Nordics.
In this role, you will lead a Nordic team of category for food, build strong partnerships, and drive initiatives that elevate profitability, customer satisfaction, and market position within one of the most dynamic categories in St1´s business.
The location for the role is Stockholm.
The role
As our Convenience Retail Food Lead Nordic, you will:
Lead and inspire the Nordic food category team while actively contributing to the Convenience Retail & Category Management leadership group.
Own and optimize wholesale contracts and supplier agreements across all Nordic markets.
Drive strategic alignment by ensuring best-practice sharing across countries and build alignment between marketing, category and operation.
Deliver strong financial performance by owning budgets, forecasts, targets, and ensuring sustainable margin growth.
Shape the future assortment through data‑driven assortment and pricing strategies aligned with business goals.
Safeguard quality and compliance with food safety standards, labeling requirements, and internal training.
Build impactful partnerships, both internally and externally to strengthen St1’s brand, and market position.

Your Background
Proven leadership experience in multi-country, cross-functional environments.
Strong commercial understanding of retail.
A highly analytical, data-driven mindset with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A relevant university degree and senior management experience.
Fluency in English.

I sin tidigare chefsroll på interims- och rekryteringsföretaget TNG ansvarade hon för att utveckla bolagets datadrivna och fördomsfria rekryteringsmetodik utifrån vetenskapliga grunder. Anna har också erfarenhet från ledarutveckling, organisationsutveckling samt styrelse- och ledningsgruppsarbete. Hon är också medlem i SIS arbete med ISO10667 och DNVs expertgrupp för certifiering av rekryterare i Sverige.
Anna är civilekonom med inriktning på organisation/management från Umeå Universitet och Handelshöjskolen i Köpenhamn.
